  Working with Robyn (and Shay) was great. Robyn was usually busy, but always seemed to be attentive. She was good at emailing and then text/calling if I hadn't followed up, which helped me keeps things moving. She worked to get me the best numbers, and helped me out along the way when I had questions. I would definitely recommend using her if you are buying a home or another other loan situations. It was my first time buying a home and she helped it go smoothly from the loan end.

  I highly recommend Robyn at Prime Lending! I just purchased my first home. She and Shay, her colleague, were patient with me, explained everything, and helped me through a particularly difficult purchase. Robyn went the extra mile for me, advocating for the seller to pay for my rate lock extension when they had to delay closing, providing me with a ton of local advice about everything from furniture stores to retirement homes and so much more. The seller was trying to pressure me to use their preferred lender and get a discount on closing costs, but I knew early on I wanted to go with Robyn and team. Absolutely no regrets. Thank you!!

  Robyn and Shay were wonderful to work with through our first time home-buying process - which took about 8 months in this crazy real estate market! Robyn was available seemingly 24/7 to answer questions and create reports that helped us make important decisions about our home financing.   Robyn made refinancing supremely simple. I am in the military where I work in a secure vault all day. No phones, no personal cell phone reception, only E-mail. I thought that would be a problem, but to my surprise when I asked Robyn about it, she was more than willing to work with me with my situation. But listen, not only did she work with me. Her experience with refinancing made this huge life change --- EASY for lack of a better word. If you can follow decently simple instructions, and be somewhat punctual with the required paperwork that will be asked, then she has the process molded to be completely straight forward. If you can cook a frozen pizza, then you can refinance your home with Robyn. ...and yes! I indeed was able to refinance my home completely through E-mail! Take care
