      They are friendly and polite. They do their best to help everyone. All you have to do is be sure to have your your usual paperwork. Open your accounts that you are in need of. Mr. Joey is the branch manager at the moment.

      By far the best banking experience I've ever had, and I've had a bank account for over 50 years. No other banking institution I've ever dealt with ever sent me a share of the profits at the end of the year in the hundreds of dollars like Robins FCU does. I will never leave Robins FCU, no matter where I live. Even if they don't have branches where I live I'll still utilize their nationwide association network of credit unions so I can keep my account at Robins FCU.

      This is the worst credit union I've ever dealt with. After my father's passing we transferred a car loan to my mother. After not sending us completed signed paperwork, and not completing her tag work, they refuse to issue a new payment book to her. We continue to pay, but they return our payments and then call to say her account is past due. At this point I'm sure the payments aren't being applied correctly. We are not local and they won't even offer us an online option to pay since their employees obviously can't look at an account and link to another account to post a payment.

      The staff are very polite and professional. I recommend this bank for anyone opening theI'd first account or even if you're thinking about changing banks.

      The worst bank, their app is atrocious and will never allow remote deposits. Absolutely terrible service.

      Great service when you walk-in. I don't like how calls are automatically forwarded to a call center after 2 rings. I've been trying to contact them for 2 days.

      This bank is useless and the property could be better used as a place to house port-o-pottys. I strongly recommend going somewhere else to conduct your business.
