  Bob was amazing. Buying a home is tough right now but Bob got me through it. He even watched out for rising rates and called me to lock in a rate before it went up. I cannot recommend him enough.

  Bob did a conventional renovation loan for us through Movement Mortgage. Those loans aren't as common and Bob was one of the few who dealt with them. There's a lot of moving parts, a lot of phone calls, a lot of estimates, and a lot of stress. Bob helped me through all of this. I can't stress enough how knowledgeable he is. On top of that he is also good at breaking everything down so you understand exactly what is needed/expected. I struggled at certain points of the process where I needed more clarity or advice on how to go about getting renovation estimates. He was always there day/night for even an hour long call to go over things. Great guy to work with and even just to talk to. I highly recommend him for anyone buying a home for the first time (or any home loan!). Thanks a ton Bob for helping me out, I Hope I get to chat with you again soon!

  I would recommend Bob to anyone looking for a mortgage. He explains things in ways that make it easy for your average Joe to understand. He is also willing to make phone calls after hours/on the weekend to best serve his customers. 5 STARS
