  I do not know where to start to even begin to tell anyone reading how great Robby, Dakota, and all the staff have been. If there were ten stars they would get it. We are in our 50s and this was our first home purchase ever. We were completely ignorant of the process. Robby walked us step by step from the initial inquiry to the pre approval, all the way through all the required paperwork, electronic processing and closing. He was always available to answer my endless questions. He made himself accessible even after business hours through text, cell, and email. I am sure at times I was a nuisance with my endless questions but Robby always was available, friendly, courteous, and very professional. He worked hard to get us the lowest interest rate possible and keep our part of the closing cost as low as possible. Prior to being referred to Robby I had applied with my own bank. Although We both have excellent credit our bank seemed to not be interested in processing our loan. After a four or five month delay we contacted Benchmark and the ball immediately began to roll. I feel I have made a new personal friend in Robby Cole. Please contact him today if u are in the market for a mortgage loan. As long as your business is in order beforehand Robby will work with you to overcome minor obstacles and make home ownership not just a dream but a reality. If I could describe beginning the process as a first time homebuyer in one word it would be overwhelming. Robby removed the layers of feeling overwhelmed and over time showed us it’s not as overwhelming as it seems at first. It’s actually rather simple when you walk out the other side and make it to closing. Thank you Benchmark for making home ownership a reality!!!!!!

  I am surprised surprised at the positive reviews I am seeing on here considering the negative experience I had. I cannot in good conscience reccomend this loan officer to family or friends. He would not return phone calls in a timely manner. He would tell me one thing over the phone and message me something completely different than what he said. Buying a home is among the bigest purchases you can make. I reccomend you use somebody who will work with you to get the most out of your lender and not just input information into a computer.
