  This was my first time buying a home and when shopping around for a company to use this one was by far the best! Robby and his team were always there when I needed them and were always able to answer my questions without hesitation. This was the only loan company I was able to get in touch with on a Sunday during an open house. Plus it’s always nice to be able to use someone local! I highly recommend using them!

  Hello Robby and Heidi – It’s been a little over a week since we’ve moved into our new home. As you can imagine, things are hectic with emptying boxes, getting new internet service, cable Tv and setting up furniture. But I needed to take time out to say “Thank You”!!   Benchmark Mortgage and GG Millard’s team stepped up & got us going when our local branch bank wasted 3 weeks and my last nerve bouncing us from 1 processor to another ( 3 in total) , all of whom never got off the mark. We had disclosures within hours of the introduction, and she never failed to confirm with us every step of the way. This is what a mortgage process should be.   Where do I begin? Mr. Cole and his team were very impressive in their ability to provide a honest and accurate plan going forward with getting approved. They utilized modern solutions to ensure that I had everything I needed to not only qualify but breeze through the underwriting process. Mr. Cole personally sought to represent me and my interests when dealing with relator's and handled majority of any issues when any came up. His counsel was very appreciated and ultimately led to our ability to secure our loan. Mr. Cole is a very professional individual with second to none knowledge on the process of the VA loan system. Thanks to them, my wife and I were able to not only able to purchase our house but we were able to close within two weeks after making an offer.
