  Kim and Rebecca work very closely with my wife and I to ensure we were able to get the approval to buy the house that we’ve been living in the past 11 years. They guided us in what we were still needing to have done and were very patient while we got it done. Never discouraging us in anyway. This was definitely a process but I would not change anything at all because now we are finally home owners and are so excited to start the remodel to make this our dream home.   Kim is an amazing person. My case was complicated and she kept me calm when I was ready to give up. I wouldn't have been able to navigate this process with a less caring and knowledgeable individual. I can't say enough nice things about Kim. She was there for me when I was on the verge of insanity over all the things that kept changing in ways I disliked. She explains things in a clear way. I feel fortunate to have had the experience with Kim. She made the first time homebuyer experience as good as it could be.

  Sharlene Nally is a one of a kind service professional. Over 2 years of working together, I can’t think of a single time it took her more than 1 hour to reply and answer every question at hand! Finding my dream home has been one of the most stressful things, but having her as support throughout the process has been an absolute joy. Sharlene is the gold standard of service.
