  As a first time home buyer I had a great experience with Premium - they were patient and helped to explain and clarify things I didn’t know or understand. Communication was prompt and they helped us close on our home earlier than expected. Will definitely recommend and use in the future!

  Steve and Emma were absolutely amazing to work with. I can not say enough of how easy it was to communicate and set up the mortgage that fit my needs. Steve was the second person I talked to about getting a mortgage and Premium's rates were no comparison. I already recommended them to a friend that was buying a house and would recommend them again. Thanks Steve and Emma for an amazing job!

  It was absolutely great working with Amy Bell and her team at Premium Mortgage. This was my first time purchasing a home and I had no clue what to expect. Amy and her team were extremely responsive - I always heard back within 24 hours. They did a great job walking me through everything and making sure I understood everything. AND they were all very friendly!

  My husband and I just bought our first home. We had tried to work with other companies previously, but when they saw that our scores were not top notch they said "we can't help you" and turned us away. We worked with Phyllis at Premium Mortgage and she was just amazing. She took the time to work with us and get us where we needed to be so that we could purchase a home for our family. The other people we worked with on the team were also very friendly and helpful. Toward the end, following the approval, I would have appreciated better follow-up, but they did not lack in service in the most important areas.

  Phyllis Haberer made purchasing a home stress free!!! I could contact her anytime with any type of question and she helped me every step of the way and she made sure I understood everything that was going on. She worked along with my realtor Sabrina McGinnis to make sure everything ran smoothly, any bump in the road they explain it to me. Phyllis definitely knew how to handle my anxiety . I would highly recommend this Mortgage Company. They definitely work for you.

  (Gates area) I applied for a mortgage back in October 2011 and closed my loan by December 2011! I worked with Phyllis Haberer and she was amazing! She even helped me with saving my money so that I didn't use all of my money towards closing costs! I feel the customer service, from the staff at Premium Mortgage, is better than what I experience on a daily basis. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful!! My friend is getting a mortgage from them right now and is as impressed as I am!!

  I could go into deep detail in regards to my great experience w/Premium Mortgage, from Chris L. meeting with me on a Saturday that worked for my schedule to Wendy C. persistent follow up and prompt detailed reply’s but I won't because this review would go on forever. Both Wendy and Chris were professional and always made me feel like I was there only client. That is how business should be done and used to be done. Premium Mortgage is a great business and I write that because most business’s large and small could care less and everything is just a transaction w/no accountability. In fact I have already recommended others who are currently processing a loan with Premium and there experience has been the same.

  Steve D'Amico at Premium Mortgage was a huge help to me in my home-buying process. Steve is a great communicator and was able to help answer all my questions in a timely manner. I was lucky to have Steve's knowledge and expertise on my side throughout the entire process, and would 100% recommend him to anyone buying a home.
