  Thank goodness that after shopping around quite a bit, we found Rob Tennyson! He made the process of buying our first home a breeze. Not only did he find us the best rate and terms, but he also did a fantastic job of explaining to us how the heck mortgages work and he was amazing at communicating at every step of the way. We were so happy with our first homebuying experience, when we were ready to buy a second home we called Rob up again! Nothing but great things to say about working with Rob, I'd give 10 stars if I could.

  I had a great experience with Robert Tennyson from American Pacific Mortgage. Robert and I spoke over the phone and I explained every detail of my plan to refinance my mortgage loans, and we reviewed my finances and credit scores. Based on that, he put a great strategy in place to ensure that I was taken care of and that I ended up with the best scenario for my case. Robert was incredibly attentive and responsive, and promptly answered my emails and phone calls. All paperwork was done online, due to COVID-19, and all documents were sent to and from a secure email. Everything was well organized and I never had to worry about missing paperwork or errors that could jeopardize the process of my refinance. All closing documents were reviewed and signed from the comfort and convenience of my home. Robert was extremely positive and understanding, and he helped me immensely throughout the entire refinance process. Working with him was really a pleasure. Thanks to him, this process couldn’t have gone any better, and I am so grateful that I now have a new, lower mortgage payment. I highly recommend Robert and American Pacific Mortgage.

  Rob has been an amazing lender for my husband and I as we are looking to buy our first house. He has answered all our questions and explained the process for obtaining our first mortgage, in a way that we could immediately understand. He has prepared several pre-qualification letters as we have put in offers on multiple homes, has been easy to reach, and quick to respond regardless of the day or time we reach out. There is also an interactive mobile app that has all our loan details (and allows us to estimate payments) at our fingertips, I can’t imagine trying to decide on a home without it!

  Buying a home is the largest purchase I’ll ever make and I want to make sure I do it right. I’ve done my own due diligence, read Reddit articles, and watched plenty of YouTube videos. Nowhere was I explained the relationship between the 10-Yr Treasury Note market and mortgage rates; the difference between a locked and floating rate; the difference between interest rate and APR; how origination and points work; the difference between a jumbo and conforming loans; and so much more. I’ve talked to over five different lenders and everybody else just quoted me an interest rate and left it at that. Rob made it a point to connect with me via a Zoom call and explain everything to me in detail as well as answer any questions I had. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. If you are looking for someone that can deliver; if you are on a precise timeline; if you don’t want your loan to fall through; call Rob. You will realize after talking to him for a few minutes that Rob is not only a master of his craft, but that he is also committed to you as a person.
