  Best and fastest loan officer in the area, Nick was highly professional, friendly, and most importantly always available. We were able to close quick with Nick, from the time we submitted the online application he had closing docs ready for us in 18 days. Nick met and exceeded all of our needs and expectations.   Highly recommend Sean and Vanessa for your loan servicing needs. I just completed the process. You get great service with APM compared to a bank. Sean answers his phone all the time, he knows weekends are when open houses are happening and that offers need to be in by Monday. He worked hand in hand with my realtor to make sure all my questions were answered and that I knew exactly what payment I would be looking at for a given offer. With how crazy the home purchasing process is, do yourself a favor and reduce one less headache. Use Sean and Vanessa.
