  It is not easy to give five stars or a perfect '10' to anyone or anything these days, but here is the exception! I have been trying for months to take advantage of low interest rates to re-finance. It seemed to be an impossible task altho I have great credit, etc. I would lock-in rates and the companies would then disappear, leaving me begging for answers. I was so frustrated and was telling a friend and he immediately said 'you need to talk to my friend Evan!' I was then referred to Evan White at RTH Mortgage, and had the smoothest, most flawless business transaction ever! From Evan's quick response time at almost any hour, his patience, his efficient and timely explanations on CD and telephonically every step of the way, to the quickest close, he instilled the utmost confidence that we would get this done...and we...I mean, he, did! What was taking others 3 months to get going, Evan completed and closed in 10 days! I had a few unusual and challenging aspects to my re-fi and he accomplished everything peacefully and beautifully! He even had the notary at my house at 9pm the day of approval, because he knew I was eager to sign. The notary told me she'd do anything for him because his transactions are always so smooth and complete! Shout out to Gaby with MTB Notary, who was also so knowledgable, kind, and patient after what I am sure was a very long day!! So, if you want to re-fi, get a loan at a great rate, and have hesitated for whatever reason...wait no more! Evan is the BEST!

  Road to Home Mortgage was fantastic for my wife and I. We contacted them looking for a refinance and Lee was incredibly helpful from the first phone call to the final signatures. He answered all of our questions, made himself available any time we needed to clarify something and made sure we knew exactly what we were getting, how things worked and how much everything would cost. I would recommend him to anyone who needs good, honest help on their mortgage or refinance.

  Lee was an awesome guy to work with when I was buying my new home. He was always on top of things. He was very patient with everything thru out the whole process. I had to sell my previous home to get a new home and we ran some issues with a few of the buyers. So he waited until it was sold and had no pressure from him. I would definitely recommend anyone to work with him. Thank you for helping me get into my new home.

  Daniel and his team at Road to Home Mortgage took care of us every step of the way on the journey to closing on our new build home. They did a fantastic job of getting us to the finish line and getting us our keys. Would recommend them 100% and would use them again in a heartbeat!

  Evan and team knocked out my refinance so fast we beat the government mandated seven day minimum from quote to closing, had to push back signing. Evan will create quick videos to walk you through all your numbers, provide insight on what you should think about when making decisions on the mortgage structure, and makes the whole complicated process feel simple and straightforward. I already told Evan to let me know in the future if refinancing makes sense again, I trust he’ll do right by me.
