  I had a fantastic experience refinancing my mortgage loan here. Melanie Gould was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Always returned calls very quickly. The closing even happened at my house and the title company representative was very, very nice. Great rate and closing costs, too.

  The process was smooth and easy at first. Getting pre-approval was a breeze! 2 stars for that...Then everything went down hill. Maybe they were just really busy... Either way, mistake after mistake after mistake happened on all the paperwork. Closing costs changing after agreed amounts. Now, literally right now, were sitting at closing and they’re trying to find a last-minute underwriter to amend our contracts due to another mess-up.

  The loan officer Melanie has terrible communication.... The initial call was great but after that comminucation goes down hill. It has been been months and I've yet to receive any call, text, E-mail in response to my last call and emails... Never followed up with me on the process of owning a home. P.s.The receptionist or who ever answers the main lines were great... Professional&courteous. I hate to leave these kind of reviews... But this was my experience.
