  Always a good experience, even when an error appears for no good reason. Friendly. Efficient and reliable. Most locations feature the new stand alone style of customer initiative touchscreen operations... not a fan; preferring instance the personal interaction to better execute an exploration, when one is required. That being said, good people who are willing to go the extra mile to help you become familiar with today's credit unioning.

  I am happy that our family made the choice to take our banking business to River Region. Mason Fain has went above and beyond for us with auto loans, checking accounts and helped me to take care of credit card debt that had burden us for many years. I know I can reach out to Mason anytime and receive priority customer service. Their branch on West Truman is always friendly and helpful.

  I closed my account with another local bank after 30 years and opened an account with Mason Fain at River Region for one main reason, they treat me like a person and not a number. It’s so nice to go into his branch and feel welcome, they know my name and it’s just a great feeling knowing they have my best interest in mind. I’ve since transferred almost all my loans to River Region except for my home, but that’s next. I’ll never bank anywhere again, and have referred so many people to bank there as well.

  Today, I stopped by the West branch and completed paperwork to purchase a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. The staff at RRCU are fantastic to work with! Staff make the loan process / paperwork EASY and painless. Today, was the first time I worked with Jack Stolz and it was a good experience.   Mason Fain is GREAT to work with! He is very prompt and quick to reply. He has been assisting our family over the past four years. Mason almost feels like he is part of our family. :) If you need a loan, he is your guy.

  Operators are very kind and helpful. Sometimes very hard to get ahold of anyone other than an operator. Voicemails and emails don’t get responded to multiple days.

  RRCU (Mason Fain) and staff have always treated us with utmost respect. Anytime I get in a pinch, I can call and Mason always has suggestions to help get us out. It is so nice to be treated as an equal and not someone just off the street that can't pay their bills. For this we are truly grateful.
