  Excellent Credit Union to work with! They recently provided me with a boat loan with the time from the request to completion of about 2 hours and it was at the best rate I could find. The staff offers a personal touch to the interactions that I've not experienced at other institutions. I would highly recommend RRCU!

  Everyone we have come in contact with at RRCU has been so welcoming and helpful. We were in the process of refinancing and decided to look into RRCU's rates before signing with our current lender. Lisa not only got us a much lower rate, but she worked quickly and efficiently to get our loan processed - even communicating with me and putting in extra hours over the weekend. She and Jessica made it so easy. On closing day we felt very confident that we had made the right decision. We are so grateful for Lisa, Jessica and the RRCU team!

  I couldn't say THANK YOU enough to Lisa, Jessica, and Carole. They made my mortgage refinance so easy. Everyone was quick to respond to my questions and gave me several options about refinancing my home. After several conversations and emails we came up with the best plan that made made the most financial sense. They truly are looking out for you and how to save you money. Everyone was great at getting back to me the same day which is sometimes not the case with other financial institutions. If you need any type of financing I would HIGHLY recommend RRCU!

  RRCU is a great bank and has awesome rates for any of your loans. They are easy to get a hold of and talk through any questions you may have. We refinanced our current home with Lisa and Lacey and the process was completed fast and and with no issues.

  River Regions Credit Union has been fantastic to work with on auto loans. Carol B. made the experience easy and quick. She was always responsive and so friendly. This is our second auto loan with RRCU and I would definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for a loan.

  They will shut off your debit card every time you travel even with a travel note on the account. Especially on Saturday, when it's impossible to get it turned back on for 48 hours. At least once a month
