  Lady working was very rude. Had a bad attitude from the moment we walked in we was nothing but smiles and she just seemed mad at the world. Only offered me 30$ for something I recently bought for 150 which I get they have to make money and I was willing to take the 30 but the lady’s attitude turned me away and I’d never recommend anyone go here.

  Aaron and his crew make ur experience at River City Pawn a great experience and they make sure every customer's need is meet or try to be. Cant ask for a better group of people do business with. Great job River City Pawn and thank u for u also helped me and my family a few times when we needed it.

  Young lady in there was super rude. Wouldn’t communicate. And had no energy. Very unappealing place to be in due to that. Ended up not buying anything and going to the other pawn shop.

  My husband and I frequently shop here . They are always helpful , nice and have great prices.We have purchased a Ibanez Contemporary guitar and a Breed Love Acoustic / Electric guitar with case and some Sound Design Loud Speakers and we buy all our guitar string from them . Great place to shop .

  "BEWARE" I have been dealing with them since covid hit work slowed down so I would have pawn tools make payroll ,get materials for job and such when I pawn stuff usually 400$ to 600$ ,anyway my girlfriend took my 10"dewalt tile wetsaw in same saw been in couple times before its 2 months old at time cost 1400$ she pawned for 250 $ pay a bill while I was out of state doing a job ,so I come back into town 80 days later ,go get it I got ticket they said she has to sign it ,I was like come on man u no me u no her u no it's mine ,made me drive bowlinggreen get her sign it get back they said signatures don't match I call her have her on speaker she telling them she signed it still wouldn't give me saw long story short was weekend had be out by Sunday or they was going keep it I got it out next Saturday morning never ever will I do buisness there again I also probably have bought 2000$ worth tools from them also

  River City Pawn in Leitchfield, Ky is the best pawn shop i have ever used. I have used others, river city pawn works with you on anything and they will make it right with you, and give you time to help you out when you fall on hard times. I cant say enough about the shop or the friendly people that works there. And a personal thank you to Aaron at the Leitchfield store. Love you guys. Just keep showing people that there is still honest People and Pawnshops out there. And what better way to show people you care as to have a give away every month to give back.

  They are very friendly . Always willing to work with you if you just communicate with them. I cant say enough about this place and the people who work there. I would send anyone who needed a little extra money to them. Thanks River city pawn for always being there and willing to help .

  Done Business with them for years. Purchased and pawned every thing from guns, outdoor equipment to diamonds. Can't say anything bad about how they handle pawn values and rates But I went in today to pick up my weedeater without my ID and they treated me like I was a stranger in a demeaning way. The shop has a copy of my ID on file. He informed me that "he wouldn't release anything to anyone because they look a lot alike". There is a couple there that are excellent pawn counter personnel.. But there not always there. So there is no such thing as a regular customer, you will never be more then a number. I will be taking my business elsewhere after I get my pawn business finished next day they open. Treated like a street Con.

  Biggest bunch of crooked liars I ever did business with! Better get them to explain way they pawn stuff! Been to a lot pawn shops but never had any do me way they did! Never again will I walk thru those doors n advise all I see to do same!
