  Trey worked tirelessly to make our refinance happen. We had some very unique problems, pool loan, subordination of liens, and Finacial advise which was almost impossible for Rocket Mortgage to figure out. Trey and the team at River City, made several calls and arrangements to get my pool situation handled and the impossible subordination completed. He helped me improve my financial position with invaluable advice and his experience with similar situations made this refinance go through swiftly with no issues.   Holy cow. I did a refinance and I do not think it could have gone any smoother. The RCM representative met with us at our convenience, even after I accidentally stood him up for 20 minutes. Trey put the information in a very easy to understand format, and we were confident we made the right decision. I've already told several people just how good our experience has been.

  This is my 3rd time working with this company and I keep calling upon them for several reasons. Each representative has been very friendly, attentive and listened to what "I" was looking to accomplish. On each occasion I walked away with my expectations being fulfilled. During this last refi I had major surgery but my loan agent was patient when I had bad days. She was very understanding to what I was going through and was not pushy. If I would benefit from another refi, River City Mortgage would be my first stop. Thank you Patty for making my life easier with a lower interest rate and a lower monthly mortgage payment.

  This was the best and easiest experience I have ever had. Everything from start to finish was painless and easy. The company was so accommodating. Getting a mortgage is alot of work- and this was just such a smooth process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a mortgage.

  One of their associates had reached out to me about refinancing my VA loan several months ago. He was clear and concise about what my rates would be, what was required of me, and what the timeline would be. All email returns were prompt, and the phone was pretty much always answered and if it wasn’t the return call was quick as well. Don’t really have anything bad to say about the whole experience
