  My experience with Diane Cueva with River city mortgage was incredible. I was the real estate agent In a transaction representing The buyer that Diane supported with their loan. This buyer Switched to Diane three weeks prior to closing. She was thorough, supportive, diligent and communicated with all parties several times to ensure everything went smooth. At the closing table the Closing processor looked at me and asked if I had worked with Diane before because she was so impressed with how her correspondence had been as well. I have even personally chosen to refinance with Diane because of my experience. I would recommend her to all of my clients

  I refinanced my mortgage thru River City and it was quick and easy, they discussed all my options with me and all I had to do was pick one. My loan officer, Ralph Pacheco, clearly understood what I wanted and what I didn't want. He guided me skillfully through the process and asked only for those items sufficient for for loan payoff acceptance. Process was clear and prompt, with successful closing in less than 30 days.
