  I was extremely happy with the work Maureen did with my mortgage refinance. Because she is experienced we had absolutely no issues with any of the paper work and we were approved by my new wholesale lender within a few days. She gave me so many good options on how to save money. So I now have a very competitive interest rate of 2.5 percent, and will save thousands of dollars in paying future interest compared to our old loan. It doesn't get any better than this.

  Worked hard to make sure I understood everything that was taking place and was available every day.   Maureen was an absolute delight to work with. She really treats her customers like family and watches for their best interest. Maureen made it possible for our family to own a home when no one else gave much hope. Her response time was impeccable once we put in our application.   Getting my home refinanced through Maureen at Diamond Home Loans was a pure joy. After a short phone consultation where I shared my financial goals, she came back with refi options for me to consider. Her quotes were lower than the competition and I was able to take advantage of a much lower interest rate, save considerably on my monthly mortgage plus skip two months payments.
