  We have had such a positive experience here. Years ago, they had faith in us when others wouldn't by refinancing a high interest auto loan for a MUCH better rate. This enabled us to pay off the vehicle early and build good credit. We have continued to utilize the services: my daughter and son now have vehicle loans here. They treat you like they actually care about you as a person and a member. They show you that they value your business by treating you with respect and kindness. Very efficient, organized and fast. The only complaint I have is that I couldn't do more business there: I wasn't able to have a trust account here for my company. Thanks UFCU!

  I like this credit union but when I rejoined, I never thought I had been put on Windows 11 by the NCUA and it was not a pleasant experience for me.

  I love this credit union. The customer service here is wonderful, and from the day I opened my account they have treated me like I was a member of the family. I have other accounts at Co-Op credit unions, and they are always so helpful when I need to make transfers from any of those accounts. They are friendly and helpful no matter what I need, and I just genuinely enjoy working with them. I am also a very big fan of their Christmas Club account -- you can put money in at any time, but can only withdraw during the Christmas season -- such a brilliant way to save for Christmas! They do lack some of the amenities that larger credit unions offer (there is only one location, open M-F), but they more than make up for it in customer service. I'll be keeping my account here for years to come.

  I have been with this credit union for 12 years. everybody there knows me by name and they treat me and my wife as if we are their largest customers. I have used Wells Fargo and UCCU in the past and they could care less about my business. Utah federal small enough to be a personal but yet I run my small business and car and signature loans there at extremely competitive rates. and since they are members of the credit union service centers I have the convenience of going to many locations throughout the state. I will always be a customer/member here.

  Every time I've been in a branch I've waited an eternity and their employees are shockingly incompetent. Clunky online banking system. Bank communicates via mail despite boasting a robust online banking system. If you move away, close your account because it's impossible to get anything done over the phone.

  I love Utah federal credit union they have been a godsend to me I especially want to give a special commendation to "Missy"@ Utah federal credit union she has always been excellent to my needs and has never let me down....if it wasn't for her helping me in my times of need I don't know where I would be today.   Always remember my name, always treat me like a friend when I call or walk in. My wife recently had to go in for emergency surgery, I called and explained that my account was short to cover her medications and other expenses, they opened a line for overdraft no questions asked. Seriously I've never been treated as well at any other bank or credit union.

  This credit union should be the model for all others. I was with Cyprus and only started going here because of the co-op. Then when I experienced the customer service I switched. Everyone treats you like family. So helpful and professional but still really down to earth. Love you guys! Cammie :)

  I heard about them through my grandmother, she has had an account with them from when they started, and is always talking about how much she loves them. I have some credit issues that I am working on and was not able to have a bank for a few years. So my grandma called them to see if they could help me and my family get an account through them, I told her not to try because I have tried other banks before and they always say no. BUT, this time they said yes and they helped me get an account and a savings. I now feel like I can actually get on top of my stuff now. Not having a bank made things so difficult for my family and I, but now thanks to them I have hope.
