  Richmond Rehab Funding has a great reputation where Im from. They have consistently helped me fund my deals over the last few years and have helped many others i know in the business as well. They are super easy to do business with and straight forward businessman. draw process is super easy and it's great not having to worry about monthly payments and points up front. The program they got is real easy to follow and easy to keep track of.

  I've been dealing with Tom for a couple years over at Richmond Rehab Funding. I used to work with other lenders to fund my flips but none are as knowledgeable as Tom. His son, Whit, works with him as well and it's great to work with a successful and experienced family business. My son Jeff is helping me with my rehab business now too so it's a nice thought to know that one day my son Jeff and Whit will be doing business together.

  I've been investing in real estate for about 3 years and have exclusively been following the famous, BRRRR method. My goals have always been to build a portfolio of rental properties but I always struggled finding a lender that could understand this method and a lender that could help with the acquisition and rehab portion of preparing a property for rent. Luckily, the guys at RRF understand both. They are all really sharp guys and they've made my real estate investing, easier. My goal last year in 2019 was to add 12 rentals to my portfolio and I actually beat my goal thanks to these guys! I highly recommend this company if you are serious about investing in real estate.
