  If you plan on shopping outside of the Savannah area avoid this bank at all costs. They constantly freeze your account if you buy something online out of state or out of country. So if you’re trying to order something online and the vendor is not based out of Georgia, plan on having a 5 minute conversation every time and then having to wait 15-20 minutes before their “back office” can unfreeze you’re card. OH! And if you try to do this on a weekend you’re out of luck unit Monday because they’re closed and their “customer service” line (that’s only open on Saturday’s) can’t fix anything, they can just tell you what’s wrong. So if you’re an online shopper, be prepared to call this bank 3-4 times a week. The offer text notifications to confirm it was you who authorized the purchase but you respond yes and your card is still frozen. And let’s not also forget they set a limit on your card for how much you’re allowed to spend a day. That’s right, this bank TELLS YOU HOW MUCH OF YOUR OWN MONEY YOURE ALLOWED TO SPEND! AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS!

  I have been with this wonderful bank for many years. They give excellent service. They will double check withdrawal checks. When I was in Florida they covered ATM fees. They are always helpful if I have a problem ( usually my fault). There is always a cheery hello when you come in. Best decision I made leaving Wells Fargo.

  First I would like to say the customer service that is provided daily is superb!! The staff is friendly, genuinely nice and polite. Such a joy, every experience, every time!!   My family as a whole has had a terrible experience with this bank. I quickly went in to cancel my account and the rest of my family is on the way- They are robbers! NO help with fraud activity, overcharged overdraft fees were never returned though my chosen company called to confirm they were at fault with my surcharges, they still owe me money that probably went to a new coffee machine because it "wasn't their problem"... ATM machines and phone app are elementary at best- can't deposit. As a young adult with plenty of banking experience I was treated like a child when attempting to address my account issues. Bank anywhere else.

  Amazing small-town service that is hard to find anywhere else. I moved 4+ hours away for college and haven't switched banks.

  If you have problems with this bank you dont need a bank you need mental couseling.been bankingfor over 55 yrs and never have found a bank as friendly and helpful as FRH
