  Rich is simply AMAZING! He helped my mom get a home, she had been previously denied for mortgage somewhere else and had been living in an apartment paying rent for 20years.   Richard was extremely diligent. He is immensely knowledgeable in his profession. His expertise is evident in the day to day interactions you’ll experience with him.   Back in February, I decided to jump into the market to try to purchase my first home. My BFF, had shared the wonderful experience she had working with Rich Hanover, so I reached out to him. He explained the mortgage process and quickly told me the documents I'd need to get the ball rolling. Within just a few days, I had a pre-approval and was out looking at homes with a realtor.
