  Find a new pawn shop now that Jay is gone . Anyone that has had to deal with richard in the past without being rude that is enough said. I have never pawned anything my intrest was firearms. My first experience at rich's was like most who stop in there . never will I stop here again . a year later a friend talked me into going back with him stating there is a guy that works there now that knows guns and how to deal. He was right he knew guns and people . I did a large amount of $$$$ business after that for many years . rich's pawn will never see the inside of my wallet ever again.

  Bunch of liars and swindlers. You can call and give them exact details, brand, condition and all. And they tell you yeah they will and agree to price. You waste your gas and time going to be told "we'll pass". And then they look at you like YOU are the one who's done wrong. This had happened on multiple occasions

  Called 2 times to discuss a sell and came up here and he was very rude and passed bc of something very small which was not discussed over the phone. I will never come back. Sexist and rude.
