  I’ve been a member 18 plus years, never had but 1 situation, that was cleared up immediately....that was a long time ago. So proud to call them my Credit Union, always help me with whatever I need, or questions that I need answering, I live in Laurens, great group of folks, but, too, I call Lancaster, great group of folks there...Would not consider banking anywhere else

  Updating my post review. Great Credit union, always call you with a great attitude. If u have a problem they will solve it immediately. They are very understandable. Great job with all you do. Thank you so much.

  Nice people but a absolute pain to deal with. Had to do a chargeback awhile back and they refused. Recently trying to get a loan to purchase a vehicle and everything was going smooth until the day of the purchase and was told we couldn't unless we had a co signer. Will be looking at switching banks.

  All around great place to bank. I;ve been here for going on 3 years and I wish I could say that was much longer!! Also the online site is very user friendly with bill pay, which is freaking awesome!!

  I suppose all in all founders is a fine credit Union to deal with however when it comes to debit cards or banking cards from another bank or state even before warned you could easily lose your card in the machine for some technical error and not be able to receive it for many days after if you actually need that card you're probably better off to go somewheres outs that spits the card out if it doesn't work properly

  Founders has the most unfriendly hours for their members. If it's after 6 o'clock on Friday and you have any issues, or the only two ATMs they have in 50 miles of us are down you're stuck. It's 2016 Founders, get with times.

  They have great customer service, and they put their member’s needs first. I highly recommend banking with them!
