  I just would like to take a moment to thank Rich and compliment him on a job well done. My wife’s family had to sell a property out of state due to a death. Rich was referred to us through our local real estate office because of his familiarity of the area. Upon meeting Rich he was professional, knowledgeable, likeable, and he encouraged our questions. He immediately started to work with a superb listing, and quickly followed up with additional advertising and open house. Our property was on the market less than average and we received a great offer with settlement in just 2 weeks. We were all super happy with his work. I sincerely recommend Rich and believe you can count on him to do a great job for you too.

  I had the pleasure of working with Rich Price as my realtor! My situation was unique since this was a property my late Mother owned. I live in a different state and trying to take care of my Mom’s home remotely was presenting to be quite a challenge for me. I was introduced to Rich fortunately! He knew the right people to help facilitate this process as well as his support. His knowledge and connections in the Delmarva area as well as his expertise, helped to move the property quickly!   Working with Rich on selling our condo was a breeze. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking a for a great realtor. Throughout the selling process he always kept us updated and he did everything in his power to make sure we got the best price for our condo (top selling price in buildings history). We can not thank him enough and we’re looking forward to working with him again in the future on buying another condo.

  Rich was amazing to work with!! He spent months helping us find our dream beach condo. He was not pushy with us and allowed us the time to select the condo that worked for us. We live in NJ and he handled everything and connected us to all the best people. We hope to work with him again in the future!

  Hey rich I just wanted to say great job man!! I think your ability to quickly build a report and relationship with the seller was what made this thing happen… and the creativity with not going up but adding value in the appraisal contingency and week non rented buffer for transition was key !!! It really spoke to what they were looking for…… so kudos for being a great salesman and listening to what they wanted !!! Me and Yurany really appreciate it and I just wanted to give you some much deserved praise!!! Thank you !!!! This was the text I sent Rich after we landed the contract on a dream vacation home!!! I’m out of state and Rich went above and beyond to do video showings and reach out to the listing agent to find any information to help improve the appeal of our offer!! He is great to work and would highly recommend him.

  It was a pleasure working with Rich on the purchase of our new home in Berlin. My fiancé and I are also in the process of planning a wedding in May and Rich made the experience low-stress and hassle-free. He was particularly helpful providing inspection references who were available quickly which helped keep the process moving along.   Rich helped us sell our fathers house when he was no longer able to live on his own. Rich got us significantly more then our asking price. He also assisted us with finding contractors to clean the house out and make repairs for the sale. Rich also was able to have settlement without us needing to be in attendance since we live in another state. Excellent job Rich! We really appreciate your help!

  If you are thinking of buying or selling property in and around Ocean City, Maryland or the Delaware coast, we highly recommend Rich Price. We met Rich as we put our Ocean City condo on the market “for sale by owner” in the fall of last year. He was the only realtor that kept in touch with us after we took our condo off the market. So, when we decided to list with an agent in early March 2021, he was the first one we thought of. We signed our contract on a Wednesday, had 2 offers by the weekend, but were not full price. By the following Saturday, we had multiple full offers to choose from. Rich did the research to help us decide which was the best to accept. He then handled everything we needed, all virtually during COVID 19. We were extremely satisfied and would recommend Rich to all our friends and family. He kept in constant contact with us, was efficient and professional. Plus, he is a really nice guy!!!!
