  RFA was honestly the best preparation tax service I have ever gone to. They were super friendly, extremely efficient, and fast with their services especially Ricky Alvarez. They definitely made the tax filing process easy and smooth. I plan on coming back here during tax season in the upcoming years.

  If possible 0 stars would be given. I had came with Ricardo last year for my taxes which he did great on. I stopped today for my appointment and they called me over to tell me how much I would be receiving back. The numbers I got were to low and decided to go somewhere else where they were giving me more. I told the guy in the front “I will come back maybe later, somewhere they are giving me a bit more”. Moments after Ricardo comes out and the guy tells Ricardo I didn’t want to proceed with the refund there, Ricardo simply begins to rip the papers in front of me. Super disrespectful, obviously doesn’t have manners or good customer service. They placed only 2/3 documents I had provided for them & I asked for my 3 back. Ricardo simply just throws my paper on the counter and says take it all while he continues to rip the other papers right in front of my face aggressively trying to get my attention. Horrible Service won’t be back EVER.

  Alberto. Here at RFA Financial center, we follow professional guidelines to ensure all returns are being done correctly. Since we were instructed to cancel the return due to the comparison of refunds as you mentioned, Our office had to shred and dispose of your documents since you decided not to finalize after completion of your tax return without payment. This is done for security purposes. Please be aware of unscrupulous tax preparers promoting larger refunds to draw you in.

  I went in with a question unrelated to his normal tax work. Within hours one of his associates called me with an external advisor on the line. They answered my question fully. A wonderful response with no monetary benefit to RFA.

  Very professional and great costumer service. Quick service done right the 1st time. Very diligent and if there are any issues the owner will personally call you to inform you that the issue was taken care of. Great location easy to find. I would highly recommended this location.
