  DO NOT used this mortgage company they don’t care helping you at all. After you submitted your down payment they will come back to you that they need more information until the 21 days passed and then keep your money and give it to the seller. Debbie mace and Krystal Lopez were the one’s who keep my son in law money. Debbie took a vacation in the middle of working with my son in law while in the process of getting approved. Krystal Lopez saw it coming and she quit her job. Do not worked with them or don’t used them as your mortgage you will regret.

  If I could give them 0 stars I would. Debby- in the middle of trying to close on our home TOOK A VACATION. They approved us then took $4,000, asked another $1000 for more time to “close” then said we were never going to close on this home because of my husbands job. We are now homeless in a new state. We are out of $4000 and are living out of our car with a 1 year old. Do NOT go with this lender.

  Literally the worst lenders I have ever worked with. They did a pre approval before having everything that they needed to close this home than took a 3,600 dollar earnest fee for the seller of this home. Waited almost 2 months. Messaged them everyday for updates didn’t get any. Than right at the last minute they said we needed to have a co signer so I asked someone to co sign than they said we needed another co signer. They tried to have me give another 1000 to the seller to hold the home knowing that they screwed up and wouldn’t be able to get me into the house. Don’t go with this lender. They wasted 3 months of my time and ended up leaving me and my family homeless and looking for new housing. These lenders are the worst!!!

  This mortgage company call me 5 days straight 24/7 to complete one of their customer employment verification. The first day I submitted everything they needed call me back for more info or pay stubs from my company. The buyer had only worked for me 3 weeks making $1,500 a week before taxes taken out. He has a stable job with my company and 2 years of work history getting paid around the same or even more . These lenders wasted my time and they wasted my employees time! Do not use these lenders!

  Worse lenders in the state. Approving clients without having Verification of Employment. Client moved from Michigan, because they told him he was approved. Put him under contract, without know the type of pay he was going to be receiving(W-2 or 1099), how much he would be getting payed. Even without knowing if the client had a job secured here. The processors are the worse, Debbie Mace to be exact . I can not speak for any other teams other than the team who worked my clients file. Do not use these lenders.

  Karla Hester, Branch Manager at Revolution Mortgage was wonderful to work with. She kept me informed about my refinance at every turn, even through the recent power outage in San Antonio. She answered texts, calls and emails promptly and worked all days of the week to ensure my home refinance made it through underwriting. I would personally recommend her as a loan officer to my closest friends and family.

  I highly recommend Revolution Mortgage. As a first home buyer I had many questions regarding the process and options. Karla Hester and her team made this process very easy to understand. The home rate I received was one of the best I have seen.

  Jamal Townsend give the best customer service I have ever received. He has all the answers to your questions. He always responds day or night. He is friendly. He doesn’t make you feel stupid when you ask questions. I am a first time buyer and had a million questions and he was always there for me. His team was great as well and we actually closed 5 days earlier than planned. Revolution Mortgage is a great company and Jamal is AMAZING!
