They are very responsive and had all the answers and spent time explaining the features and benefits.   I have dealt with Lydia Gozales whom I have know since 2017 when she helped me with Construction loan. She is God sent. She guided me throughout the process because it was my first Construction loan. She made me feel at home and comfortable. She just did a refinance for me on a Shopping Center and again she came through for me. The thing is that she is very knowledgeable in this field. The one that amazed me the most was that she responds immediately whenever I call, text or send email. Thelma Cordero who worked with her last time was also superb. I cannot stop raving about Lydia and her team. She is the only one I call for any financing issue. Lydia is not just good, she is great. Call me and I will vouch for her.

  Customer service horrible, went there to get information about small business loans and requirements and the person in charge was very unpolite, all the time suggesting that how we will pay the loan and like thinking that we was non able to have a business like we have for years, we offer to put a property and money on their accounts close to 100,000dll like guarantee for the loan and she doubt about our property ownership and value, hope that wasn't because we are Hispanic, definitely non recommended for any type of service.
