  My boyfriend and I just recently bought our first house using loan officer Leonard Tabone and his team. Not knowing much of what to do, Leonard was straight forward and very helpful throughout the whole process. Any time we needed help or a question answered, he was there. The process was done in a timely manner and we especially enjoyed having the app for seeing our progress and viewing exact documents needed. We are very appreciative of Leonard and his team for such a smooth closing.

  Revolution Mortgage was recommended to us by our broker. Although broker recommendations are not always the best, in this case, we were pleasantly surprised. The whole loan application process was very easy requiring only a modest amount of documentation (far less that with other mortgage companies). All our questions and concerns were quickly addressed and always to our full satisfaction. We worked mainly with Leonard Tabone at Revolution Mortgage who is an experienced and a very efficient professional in the mortgage banking. Without his help, I doubt that we would have been able to get a mortgage on such good terms and in such a short period of time. We thank Leonard by giving him and Revolution Mortgage our highest recommendations.

  My husband and I just recently purchased a home using Leonard with Revolution and I honestly couldn't say enough good things about him. We have bought homes before and this was by far the easiest lender we ever worked with. There was a ton of communication between us and Leonard so we never felt like we were out of the loop, the app and website were really great for that too giving us a step by step progress report of the steps our loan was taking toward closing. Additionally I was extremely impressed with the way I felt Leonard treated us, as if we were his family. He talked with us initially regarding our credit scores, debt to income ratio and really wanted to get a feel for what we were trying to achieve financially. He made such a stressful time just a little less stressful and we can't thank him enough for it!

  I’m glad that my friend recommended me to Leonard. As a first time home buyer, of course I had a lot of questions, but Leonard and his team are very knowledgeable, and they can answer your questions immediately. Revolution made the whole experience smooth and fast. I also installed their app, and I loved it, it shows you where you are in your processing journey and what you needed to comply etc. I am very impressed how organized they are. Also, I am so happy we are able to close in less than two months. Definitely earlier than expected! My whole experience was great! If you’re looking to buy a home, they are the best to work with.   Working with Leonard and Steve (Revolution Mortgage) was a fantastic experience. Both were extremely efficient, great communication, provided explanations for any questions we had or when forms needed to be signed. Buying a home is one of the largest purchases anyone will ever make and finding a trustworthy, humbled, and professional Lender is stressful.   Leonard and his team were great! They helped us get the house we wanted at a great rate. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions about the mortgage process.   Leonard was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, organized, prepared, and took the time to educate me on how to stay within my budget yet still have the home I want. He went above and beyond and attended closing after it was delayed and at the last second an amendment had to be done and he had it turned around within minutes! If your looking for a professional person with a personal touch, this is the man you need to speak to. He made it all possible for my family and I.
