Scott Korin5I have always had great interactions with employees. in fact, right now someone at the branch on 378 is doing me the kindness or counting around $800 in coins from my wife's school's fundraiser. I understand how inconvenient this must be but it is being done very kindly. My church also uses Embassy for its checking and savings and the bank has always been very diligent with making sure the right people have access to accounts.

alexander m1It's a dark, dingy, oxygen-deficient dungeon of a 'bank' staffed with lazy, unfriendly and blatantly incompetent individuals sitting at unpartitioned desks gossiping away right in front of customers. Truly disgraceful. In summary: Absolutely NONE of the staff should be engaged in ANY line of work that necessitates direct interaction with the public.

Mike Dingus1The customer support is great. However, I've had to ask for a new debit card three times now. Not to their own fault. What is frustrating is the fact that it takes 10-14 days to get my house. I live 1.5 from a branch. I've used TD Bank before, for years actually. They print me a card on the spot. And CapitL One never took more than 5-7 days to send the actual card. But even then they'd send me the card details on the spot in case I needed to use it online. It's been 10 business days so far with no resource to use my income because this bank is so small and unstaffed. I do recommend at all.
