  Carol Miller made the process of obtaining a Reverse Mortgage less difficult. There were some bumps along the way but Carol was patient, reassuring, helpful and thorough. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had, and addressed them quickly. This is a difficult process for an older person, but she made it easier and less confusing. She works hard on behalf of her clients. Without any hesitation we would highly recommend Carol Miller to help with obtaining this type of home financing.

  Carol Miller did a great job for me. I took the time to analyze everything, from my budget to other lenders and I asked a lot of people about what they thought about a reverse mortgage. Some seemed to know and offer great information, others told me not to do a reverse mortgage. After doing my own research I learned that the ones who said “don’t do a reverse mortgage” were misinformed. I feel I’m in a better position now that I’m maximizing all my assets, not just the money that I’ve saved throughout my lifetime. You can’t do any better than Carol. Carol is very knowledgeable and she answered all my questions promptly. She was very supportive of me doing an analysis of all aspects of a reverse mortgage.

  Carol Miller made this process somewhat flawless. There were a bunch of hiccups while going through the process of securing this reverse mortgage. However, Carol was patient, compassionate, and extremely responsive. If I had a question or concern, she addressed it super quick. While I am not sure of the competition out there for this product, I wouldn't even want to try anyone else. This is a difficult process for an elder person, and she made it easy and less confusing.

  I’m writing on behalf of Carol Miller, the Best reverse mortgage in the world!! When my husband and I decided to look into a reverse mortgage, we were “babes in the woods”. We knew NOTHING. And were very hesitant. And then we were put in touch with Carol. Carol explained the “ins and outs” of reverse mortgages. And she did this a number of times, every time with patience.   I have been in the real estate industry for over 50 years. I have owned several real estate businesses as well as owned several large construction companies. With that background I have had associations with many different representatives in the mortgage field and even did in house financing for home sales.   Carol Miller has been amazing! At every step along the way of the reverse mortgage process, she was thorough, educational, informative, helpful and patient. She knows her stuff...inside and out, and is willing to share her knowledge with her clients, as well as to guide them through any difficult situations.
