  If you are looking for a Reverse Mortgage Specialist, Taryn is the best. She spends as much time as you need, explaining everything, so it is easy to understand what is a complicated loan to most people. My husband and I were very happy with all her knowledge, and you can definitely see that she truly cares about her clients. We never felt any pressure to take this loan. From start to finish Taryn was there for us with any and all questions answered. We would 100% recommend Taryn and her staff. Already planning on speaking with her on the one year mark of this loan. Would like to say thank you again to Taryn for everything.

  When researching for a reverse mortgage advisor I was specifically looking for someone that was knowledgable, a good communicator, and focused on our best interests. We hit the jackpot with Taryn! She was patient and kind as she lead us through the entire process. Taryn took the time to be sure we understood the terms, conditions and obligations of each of the potential choices that we had available to us. She was totally transparent which allowed us to make the best selections for our specific set of circumstances. In addition, all of her communications were prompt and thorough. I strongly recommend Taryn and RHEA for anyones home equity needs. If I could give her 6 stars, I would...no, make that 10 stars!

  When we first began our research, we discovered that most lenders do not have much experience with reverse mortgages. However, once we received a referral to RHEA, we realized we were in the right place. Taryn is very knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of reverse mortgages, and she was able to guide us with care every step along the way. She answered all of our questions, provided good advice, and stayed helpful and responsive to the completion of our loan process. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend RHEA and Taryn!

  Taryn & her assistant Debra were nothing short of awesome! An adjustable reverse mortgage can be confusing at times but all my questions were answered even if I asked a second time for an explanation! Because they are a broker Taryn will search for the best lender for your situation! Don't hesitate to call!
