  Julio and his assistant Terri were amazing to work with. I was out of state while trying to secure financing for a home here in Illinois and these two made it happen.   I would absolutely recommend the Martells as a lender to anyone! They truly care about their clients and invest their own time and energy into helping their clients, I was a first time home buyer and had an immense list of questions that were answered in full detail from start to finish which is crucial especially when being a first time home buyer! I couldn't have asked for a better lender, their customer service is exceptional! I highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for efficiency and proficiency!

  I had a great experience with. J.Martel after purchasing my first house he was very informative and very friendly and customer-oriented what this mean my first house I purchase me and my wife really didn't know too much about the process does the guy took time out of his day is night in his weekend to make sure that me and my wife was fully aware of the process and everything that we were doing I really do appreciate the time spent and I really hope to continue his business in the future

  Everyone in this office is very professional and very helpful. They explained everything from beginning to end.
