  Very satisfied with David Cain and his team, including Zach and Kayla. We got an excellent rate (I shopped around), the fees are reasonable and we received superb communication all along the way. This is my second time working with David (original mortgage and now a refi of that mortgage due to the historically low rates), and I'd recommend David and his team to anyone.

  Jennifer and Zach were such a help to us on our home refinance, that we used them 9 months later to finance our new home even though we didn't end up purchasing a home in columbia. The service we received was just that good. They worked with us at every turn and even helped us restructure on short notice to get everything just where we wanted. excellent service and excellent experience from a tough industry.

  I have had 3 home loans before, all of which were smooth and easy. Resource Financial is the first company to make a stressful process more stressful. They have had 5 different people ask me for the same information at different times. No one person to contact for questions and work through the process. Then asking for more information when what was provided all matches with bank statements, check numbers from and to for the same amounts. I am surprised I didn't have to provide the bank statements for the company I work for just to make sure the paycheck was real. Was not worth the small credit from the builder. Use a different company who provides a stress free loan process.

  I highly recommend Resource Financial Services if you are wanting to refinance your current home or purchase a new home. My husband and I have used them several times and they are professional, knowledgeable, and offer outstanding service. Their turn around time from application to closing is the best!

  Had a very poor experience recently with this group. They were unprofessional- very slow to respond and never would make a decision. We finally just told them to go away. To date have not returned fee for appraisal that never was done. They wasted 10 weeks of our time. I would not recommend them.
