  My Wife and I have recently completed a refinance with RHMC and our experience couldn’t have been better. We worked with Patrick Camacho, Phil Crista, Keara Judd and Kevin Stapler. The entire team was extremely professional and just a wonderful group to work with. Phil and Patrick walked us through the entire refinance process and answered all our questions. I was simply amazed how Patrick stayed in constant contact with me to make sure I was updated on all the intricacies of the loan. They truly made...what I thought was going to be a very lengthy and grueling process…very surgical and straight forward.   Excellent Service Phil and Scott did an excellent job. Because they did such a great job when I purchased my first home I used them for my second. They are very thorough, keep it simple, and always upfront. Most importantly they were always available. I would strongly recommend Phil and his team to anyone.

  I recently purchased a new home. I found RHMC through a Lending Tree inquiry, and I am extremely happy i did. Phil Cresta and his team, namely Scott Carr, made the mortgage process extremely easy, fast, and what they promised with a rate that was 0.4% lower than the next lowest offer! This is a company I would highly recommend for any mortgage needs.

  In the past year, I've had the opportunity to work with Phil Cresta of RHMC not once, but twice. Initially, he assisted in the financing of our new home in July 2019, which went off like clockwork. Then, Phil took it upon himself to reach out when rates dropped in early 2020 and we did a no-cost refi together, getting us down a full half percentage point on interest and $45k savings over the life of the loan with lender covering closing costs. When all was said and done with escrows, we brought a whopping $190 to the refi closing. Couldn't ask for better, hope he's still in the game 30 years from now!
