  Very professional and smooth communication. They got me a great rate and were very clear throughout the process. We were also able to do most of it over the phone and email. Closing was in person but they came to our house and were flexible with the time. Highly recommended.

  We planned to purchase a single family house to live, and we met Ed in zillow. And then we went to his office for prequalify letter and started house hunting. Ed is such a nice and considerate guy and he recommended us a lot of options for home loan and purchase price range when we first met. Since we were new to the market, it helped us a lot at the beginning. Then we found a house in Oct and Ed helped us with the renewal of prequalify letter very effectively. After that, we quote another bank for mortgage, which offered us 20yr fixed and 3.5% 15yr fixed options; However, Ed called us the following day with lower 15yr fixed rate and waived the application fee for the loan for us and then we immediately chose him. In the mortgage processing, Ed sent the appraisal over the weekend, and even wanted to offer us with a lower rate, waiting some days to see if the rate could go down a little bit; he's so considerate and helpful~ In underwriting, once we had questions, Ed and Elizabeth, our underwriter, replied us immediately, which helped us save a lot of time. Overall, I believe Ed is frank, considerate, responsible and taking thing efficiently; I will strongly recommend him to my friends!
