  They refused to break a small bill for me because I don't have an account. As if it would have been any trouble at all to just make change for me. Now I definately won't make an account!

  This is the absolute worse bank i have evened been to. They only ever have 2 tellers working .they have managers harassing you asking how your depositing , into who’s account blah blah just so they can try and make you use the atm. I only come here because I make deposits for my job and have been trying g to convince my boss to leave. I easily wasted 35 minutes of my time just to make a deposit . It does not matter what time of the day or day of the week they are ALWAYS under staffed . Instead of the managers badgering their customers and them sitting down at their desks they should get behind a window and move the line along . I swear I absolutely dread this bank .

  This location is fantastic for being understaffed and a remarkable 10min. Average wait in the line to see a clerk. People are friendly once they are available to help but are hardly available. I recommend not coming here unless you are using the ATM service.

  Never enough tellers. I’m saying this from experience on weekday(business) data mornings where there’s only one teller while others are “busy”. I get it on weekends they might be short staffed but people who run businesses cannot wait 20 min for a teller. Ridiculous either make ATMs full service where they can do everything a teller can or hire more employees.

  I only go here because of the location, but it is a poorly run branch. Employees on auto pilot, no hustle. Some just standing around saying hello like being greeted at a Walmart. ATM's often offline. If you have other options do yourself a favor.

  Nice people but grossly under staffed. The wait most times is painful. Typically have only one teller even during busy times.

  They don’t care about there costumes everyone talk like in attitude it is totally unfair with costumes

  Nice staff but not enough employees. Waiting times can be long sometimes. Expect waiting times at the teller machines, too.

  I have received excellent customer service at this branch. She was friendly and went out of her way to accommodate me.
