  Lois is literally a superstar in every way! I am 100% confident that you will not be disappointed using her as your lender. She has been our lender for three properties so far and has the best rates compared to other places that we have checked out- sometimes by a lot. That would be amazing in itself but you also get five star, fast, efficient, and skilled service as well.   My wife and I went to an open house on a Saturday afternoon and really liked the property. Our Realtor said that she would put us in touch with her "go-to" lender. The next day (a Sunday, mind you) we were talking to Lois about getting a loan for the property. Now that's service. Lois, Vikkye, and the whole Resident Lending Group team went the extra mile for us -- not only on that weekend, but throughout the entire process.   I've already recommended Resident Lending Group to several of my friends! Vikkye and Lois guided me carefully through the entire process. While it at first seemed daunting, they were so helpful at every step in ways that made it much easier for someone who isn't a financial whiz. They not only saved me $300 per month on my mortgage, but I was also able to finish paying off student loans, another $300 per month savings.
