  Having been in real estate for many years I have closed transactions at nearly every Title company in Dallas. Republic Title is, without question, the most reputable, professional and efficient title company in Dallas. The Turtle Creek branch is especially great. The staff is experienced and friendly. They deliver outstanding customer service EVERY time! After dozens & dozens of closing there, my clients always come away with positive feedback about their experience. I will continue to recommend Republic Title to anyone that is closing a real estate transaction in Dallas.

  After closing was completed, I initially gave this company a 5 star rating in an email to them and raved about how they provided white glove service. Per the terms of our home refinance/cashout, Republic Title was to mail payments to one credit card company with a payoff amount. The check was mailed before Christmas 2020. Early in January 2021, I paid off the same account due to an expiring zero interest option. As of 1/22/21, the payment mailed by Republic Title to the credit card company was not cashed in 30 days. Ultimately, their payment will list as a credit to the credit card. After 30 days, you'd think they'd be concerned about their check remaining uncashed. Well, I sent an email inquiry to Republic Title asking what could be done., they was asked if I'd call the credit card company to see if their payment was sitting on a desk waiting to be posted. Republic Title Company's feeble attempt at humor was lost and received as sarcasm. If I could rescind my first positive review to them, I would in a millisecond. Be careful of Republic Title - Dallas - Turtle Creek. Thank you

  Republic Title has been the gold standard of title companies for me, since I got licensed as a Realtor in 2004. For starters, the moment you walk in, you feel like the most important people that day, all because of Sherry at the front desk. It is so reassuring to know that when my clients arrive, they will feel welcomed and cared-for. Additionally, Republic Title keeps me in the loop with every closing; they really do a great job at setting expectations, and keeping their end of the transaction on time. For me, consistency and collaboration are the keys to making a sale be a smooth as possible. Highly recommend for individuals and sales professionals alike.

They always check-in with my clients and me throughout the process, and look for possible obstacles early in the transaction.   Republic Title at 3131 Turtle Creek Blvd. is our preferred Title Company and we have worked with them for over a decade! They always handle all of our client's closings with the professionalism and personalized attention that they deserve!   I recently closed on a new home here and the experience was very calming and professional. Selena Underwood and her team made me feel very comfortable. The closing package was sent to me days before closing so I was able to go over everything before hand, which gave me more confidence that everything was correct. The process was quick and concise. I did it all on my lunch break! I recommend this team highly.

  This is my go to title company both personally and as a recommendation for my clients. The level of service from reception to attorneys and all in between. Whenever I have a question, any one of their closers are there to support. When I’m in need of questions concerning leagalities, their attorneys are always available to give sound advice while deciphering some of the intricacies of real estate. In any office, upon arrival, you are greeted with a warm welcome...the Turtle Creek location is the pillar example to this with smiles and support from Sherri. The love and support Ali as well as other business development positions is not even comparable to other title companies.
