  Went about about 2 months ago for a loan right around close. I know it was late but the manager said he had no problem staying to help me with my loan. He did such a good job and to my surprise remembered our conversation from then and asked me about it when I called in to make my payment. I like business that care enough about their customers that they can remember your name and anything that might have been going on with you.

  Unprofessional and rude is the only way to describe this business if you are not at the place of business you do not matter to them even if you are a paying customer on the phone trying to pay your loan I was told only customers who are in the office is top priority for them! If anyone wanting a loan from here I would stay away and find a more professional business to give your money to because they are not one of them!!!

  This place is horrible one lady there is very rude. I called multiple times to make a payment and she had me on hold. Apparently I'm not an important customer since I'm not physically there. You all should learn how to treat your customers especially when they are PAYING YOU ALL!! I will never come here again.
