  FRAUDULENT !! They had access to my information, and apparently sent a check with a loan offer for a house that I sold. I never saw the check and it shows on my credit report as delinquent. I went to a branch and they verified the info used to “cash the check” was not matching with my info and asked me to get a notarized letter explaining that I didn’t have access to the check neither the funds and they would clear that from my credit score. They never did and now it shows as DELINQUENT ACCOUNT ! I’m getting financial loss due this and I’m getting an attorney to get a good law suit! Protect your info and don’t even think about getting closer to them. Avoid at all cost!

  poor customer service, the guy there does not sound like he wants to help, very rude and does not give you any information maybe he is the owner because he sure acts like one! never doing business with this company
