3 days before closing they noticed a glitch with application. No other actions. So thought resolved. Got notice 2 HOURS before closing that NOT going to close. Application needs to go back to underwriter. 4 HOURS later they are requesting more financial information. Why did you not request this 3 days ago?????? Now in absolute limbo. I do not know what is happening. NO ONE returns emails/ texts. A Manager said they would expedite process but cannot get any updates. Lease is up and no place to go. They have absolute disregard for people.
