  My family and I had a great experience working with Caliber Home Loans in purchasing our first home. We worked with Kim Skipper and I would recommend her personally to anyone who needs help with a mortgage loan. She was very attentive and helped us thorough every step of the way sometimes very late at night and for hours on end. She was quick to reply to us with any of our questions. We would not have been able to get through this process as seamlessly as we did without Kim and her team assisting us!!   I was extremely pleased with KC and Chris for their professional service. It was very obvious that he is dedicated to his profession. He was very knowledgable, understanding and trustworthy. KC walked me through the process answering and and all questions that I had. His voice was very calming when I was feeling a little stressed out!   KC and his assistant Chris are absolutely the best! They never made us feel like we were asking too many questions, and we had a lot of them. KC made sure that from the beginning things would run smoothly. Chris was always there to make sure that every detail was explained, even before I had a chance to ask the question. They both had great communication throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend this team!

  Me and my Fiance worked with the Amazing Kim Skipper! She was the best! I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with on buying a new home and our very first home at that. She was really responsive with her phone calls and emails. Always personable and nice too. Amazing work!
