  Renasant bank has two black African American tellers in front of there drive-thru.They both was just sitting there staring at me and each other making faces like they didn't want to be bothered. I was the only vehicle in the drive-thru just wanting help. I had to push the button for them to say anything too me and they didn't even greet me at all. I have never had that problem at any of the other Renasant Banks, because they're very professional.

  Opens (9:00am) after you get to work. Closes before you get off (4:30pm). Cant call and talk to anyone to setup an "appointment" . No local phone number! Not open on the weekends. I guess they don't want you to have easy access to your money.

  Horrible service! The “teller” did not even know what a dang temporary check is!! Always having issues with Renasant! Will never use them again and would not recommend them to anybody!! Tellers have no idea what they are doing!!
