  Good service in car insurance. The executive was very nice and friendly in less than 30 minutes I got my car insurance.

  I stopped here on my way home after a job to get a quote for my son to be added to my policy since he just got a car. I've been a customer with this company for a couple of years but usually only deal with my local agent. The girl here was nice and got all of my information and gave me a fast quote. It was a great price, she got all the documents to the dealership for my son and it was cool to know they have great service no matter where in Texas you might be.

  I’m giving 5 stars not to the company per se but to a sales associate, Nancy extension 337 . Amazing work ethic and professionalism. Nancy went above and beyond to provide me with the insurance and payment plan that better fits my needs. She is the only reason why I gave Remco another chance to keep my business.

  I was with them for 4 years, than i got hit in a parking lot, they sent someone out to take pics.. Than sent me a check for 500 dollars saying by their estimate the damage was a 1000$ to fix my deductible was 500 as well. I took it to 3 shops and the cheapest i found was 1250$$ . their estimate was based on the photos the guy took that they sent.. Even he told me there was 1500 in damages.. I now have a better insurance company.. How do you close a claim when it hasn't been seen by a professional body shop.... You go to Remco..if your a fool...
