Abby Michelle1This credit union is extremely unprofessional. The woman Cynthia I spoke with was very rude. Don't hire people that don't have the decency to have a little customer service etiquette. Stay far from this credit union. They will hold your money for ransom. If I could give no stars I would. What a joke. DALLAS LOCATION!

Cody Dickerson1I have been a member of Kaufman County Credit Union over 10 years. I have paid off an auto loan and have a checking and savings account here. Since the name change I went in to open a Business checking account. I was told there is a 24 hour wait for approval to verify I wont be laundering money through this account for illegal activity. Well 48 hours later no call back no email. I left a message and no return call. Called again at 4:15pm and the phones are forwarded to the answering service. I guess me and my business will be going elsewhere. UPDATE: I LEFT MORE MESSAGES AND 5 DAYS LATER NO RESPONSE. YOU OBVIOUSLY CAN'T RELYON ANYTHING FROM THIS CREDIT UNION EXCEPT DISAPPOINTMENT. Whst is the point in calling back... 9 times I have called today and nobody answers the phone. I can RelyOn you not doing your job.

Plus the interest rate with my situation would have been alot more some where else. I got a very good deal and I'm very proud of my new Mazda. My God bless you and all the employee's there.

David Ray5I’ve had this bank since before I graduated high-school, Throughout the years I’ve had other banks but this on has been my main account! And well I didn't catch my bank tellers name but I tell you what the assistance I received at my bank today was amazing. I deposited $445.00 and she was on point no hesitation. I’ll see y'all next Friday, thank you Relyon Credit union for y’alls outstanding customer services!

Matthew Hinds1Sense the “name change” as they call it the business has went down hill. New website is unusable, can’t get a live person in the phone to assist and take 4 days for a return call. Take your money to Wells Fargo like I did it’s a 1000 times better! I hate to say that after ten years with the bank but it’s definitely not the old Kaufman county credit unit!

Amanda Forbes11 star because I had to even pick a star. This is the worst banking institute ever. They are rude, slow, and apparently can't do their job. Twice now I've sat all weekend with no money because someone didn't push the button to add my money to my account. And to top it off its Black Friday weekend. I deposited my check on Wednesday just so it would be in the bank. Now because I tried using my debit card twice thinking there must be some mistake SINCE I DEPOSITED MONEY now my debit is locked up so I can't even go buy necessary items I need for the weekend. Closing my account come Monday.

Joshua Reed1The blonde behind the counter is extremely rude!!! She treats me as if I'm an inconvenience to her and she carries an attitude as if she Hates her life and everyone in it. I asked the other gal what her deal is, who I believe is new, and she said she was always like that. I'll be closing my account very soon
