  My experience with Reliance Capital Cleveland was fantastic. Feeling extremely worried about my financial. picture it was very dismal .My present mortgage was very high & complicated with a local bank, plus a divorce making it worse. I had got in touch with other financial institutions they said NO way too complicated. I worked 2 jobs to pay the very high mortgage payment with nothing included, I was afraid I was going to loose my home.. Then god heard my prayers, a miracle happened. My phone rang, a very pleasant young man introduced his self, Tylor Thomas Maglione from Reliance First Capital , , My guardian angel. I told him my situation is too complicated, he said let me try. From that point on he spent many, many hours with me, helping me with an excellent plan, we had a few bumps in the road but Tyler was very persistent, calming me down when I thought it was hopeless, explained in detail steps going forward. I now have a mortgage I can handle, money to buy a car. Work only 1 job and I can sleep at night. I would recommend Tyler Thomas at Reliance First Capital Cleave 2000%,anyonewould be lucky to have him work with you to refinance or finance. Excellent Finance company & amazing staff.

  When looking to refinance there is a multitude of places to choose from. From day one with Reliance First Capital, LLC I felt comfortable and confident that everything would go smooth because of Preston John Wood. Every step of the way played out exactly as Preston said it would. Before, during and after closing Preston John Wood was there to answer any questions and keep the entire process moving along. The only thing Preston was incorrect about was the length of time it would take to close.. which went faster than estimated, and I have no doubt that was solely due to the attentiveness to the details by Preston John Wood and the entire group at Reliance First Capital, LLC.

  Joseph Versiackas at Reliance First Capital just finished helping me to refinance my VA Mortgage to get cash out. It was a very good experience. Joseph worked tirelessly to keep me in the loop as to what was happening in the loan process. He was always on top of everything and maintained an ongoing communication with me that kept me connected with the process. I worked with at least two other mortgage companies and was often unable to reach an agent. They didn't answer emails or phone calls expeditiously and I often felt lost as to where they were in the process. Not so with Joseph. It was the smoothest financial transaction I have worked with in this regard. I would strongly recommend Reliance First Capital and specifically Joseph Versiackas for anyone seeking a mortgage, especially a VA refinanced mortgage. Great experience.

  I can't say enough great things about Tyler Maglione. From start to finish he was extremely helpful. He listened to my goals for the refinance, and talked me through what he thought were the best options to achieve those goals and worked together with me through all of my feedback to figure out the perfect loan for me. Through the process he was giving me updates as it progressed and was always available to talk if I had any questions. I would absolutely recommend Tyler to my friends and family and should I ever need assistance again I know who I will call. Thanks Tyler!!

  I love this company and I especially want to commend Brent Guthrey. He took the time to make sure to get to know me and my personal finance short term and long term goals. He guided me through decisions to do what was best for me and got me a fantastic rate. I will reach back out to him if I ever need this type of service again.

  We recently refinanced our mortgage and John Maus was our loan officer. He was great. He was very patient with me as I was having trouble with the computer. He was always making sure I understood what was going on and if I had any questions. I would recommend Reliance First Capital to any of my friends.

  From our initial conversation, Joseph Versiackas made my process seamless. He began by only asking personal questions to get to know me. We exchanged perspectives on several different topics before he asked the reason for my call. After that, we were in constant contact from start to finish. “Joe” made this the best and easiest refinancing experience ever! He kept me abreast the entire process.   It's been a year (already) and appreciative our Analyst, Tyler Maglione sent a nice acknowledgement of the milestone! Thinking back at our experience, I can't believe how easy and quick the whole process was! I've heard stories of those who's financing deal wasn't so successful (they didn't go with Reliance!!) I recommend to those who ask, Tyler at Reliance First Capital, all the time! Tyler tended to every detail and kept us in the loop and updated on a regular basis-which was a blessing, since going through a re-finance can be stressful. Tyler and his team made the whole process a breeze. The rates are so much lower now-should we decide to re-finance - we'll call Tyler again!! Thank You, The Shuells.
