Probably the best KeyBank location I've been to. When they call you by your name (and your name isn't that easy to pronounce) with smile on the face at 9 am, that is 5 stars from me!

I live in Parma and the Ridgewood/Ridge Road location are near my home. They always seem like they hate their jobs at that locations and are very slow. I drive to the Independence location even when its out of my way. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. They remember your name. I can't say enough about this branch.

This branch is further from my home than a few others but they are so much better it's worth the drive.
