  He re s my story : refinanced a truck 2 1/2 yrs ago. Made every payment of $220.71 on time even earlier than on time. Got a new for the June month car balance includington Interest.was$1840.31 . So I pay the balance including the month interest of an outlandish 30%, I politely ask them to mail my title to my home address and they respond that I still owe interest payment for prior month after that month was paid in full I'm not done with this company wrongful tactics of extortion but as a Veteran of foreign war I'm dumbfounded by this blatant attempt to get more $ from me than they be already gouged me for in past SHAME ON YOU ! RELIABLE CREDIT,IM CALLIBG BETTER BUSINESs BUREAU

  I'm very lucky to have a company like Reliable to give me a loan. Its not there fault that some of us have damaged credit. They are great to work with and always have helped me out. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking to get back on there feet.

  They will finance with poor credit but your going to pay for it. 29% interest and it really doesn't improve your credit. I gave 3 stars becouse they will work with you if you talk to them. Overall not a bad company but they do take advantage of your poor credit.

  If you communicate and follow through these folks will work with you. Be honest and communicate and recognize that it is likely your own (In my case it was) fault you need a lender such as this and be thankful you can get some credit at any interest rate. Not perfect but workable...certainly helps if you read your contract and have negotiating skills. Money fixes everything.

  I'm beyond frustrated with this company . I called to pay off my truck and they said we can't take more than $2500.00 over the phone in a 30 day period. They do that so it accumulates more interest. I called a week ago and the lady never said anything about it. Also I called a few months ago to talk to them about refinancing they said well we can drop your interest %1. So it would've only dropped it to %27.99 . I've been paying on it for over two years. I always pay early and I pay extra. I will never use them ever again .

  I did before it became more about money than what I was promised. Thru said they were here to help build my credit but now my credit is worse than it started off. Thanks reliable credit for promising me hope, but instead crushing dreams. I rate your company with a big fat F+ for being a foul company and more.

  I had a loan through reliable for 2 and a half years. They are the worst company to go through for a loan. This company will screw you at every corner and should be shut down.
