Lori Radkiewicz2No one will answer the branch phone. I called customer service but the RECORDING said my wait would be 10 minutes. I had an important question for that branch in particular but no one could pick up the phone to answer my question. I can't do business with a bank that won't communicate via the phone with its customers. An app is not good enough. An email is not convenient for the customer. The phone is still the best method.
