      Terrible bank to have a business account from. Would highly recommend any other bank to do business with. No one has an answer for any type of questions. All staff members seem to ride the clock and not caring about customer service. I cannot tell you how many different people I have spoken with and I have come to find out the company motto must be, " I don't know call someone else." Terrible bank. End of story.

      Been with this bank since I was a teenager but since they’ve merged with this other bank my account has been screwed up! Double charges, amount showing way over or way under. Paying bills with the amount changing so much as been a pain because it overdrafts, even though I have it set up so it can’t be over drawn. I’ve been afraid to make any purchases due to everything constantly changing. Definitely going somewhere else.

      Have been a customer since they began in 1975. Have never had one problem! Friendly knowledgeable staff with a hometown feel. This bank is always involved with any activities and sponsorships locally.

      All of the ladies who work here are very nice. Mrs. Baggett is a very professional banker who goes out of her way to assist you. I like the hometown feel of this bank.

      If I could give half a star I definitely would. This bank has been SO rude to me beyond measures. I hate having to go there whenever I need to go there. The drive through people are the rudest not so much inside of the bank but the drive through people are extremely rude I don’t recommend this bank at all.

      Worst bank ever!!! Not open on Saturday and don't process deposits before withdrawals!!! $1000s in overdraft fees!!! Sad, very sad
